How do I purchase something from LANgrafix? . . . .
In order to streamline the purchasing process, we have PDF files
available to download.
If you wish to purchase a print controller, software, or any
parts click HERE
to open our Customer purchase and Shipping Form PDF.
You need to fill this form out and fax it back to LANgrafix
to start processing your order. Make sure all fields are filled
out. If you plan on paying by Credit Card, you must include
the billing address and security PIN located on the back of
the card. Also, remember to specify what mode of shipping (Next
Day, 2nd Day, Ground) you wish to use. All these fields are
important to ensure proper processing of your order.
Langrafix ensures that all equipment is tested and in working
order prior to shipment. However, if you need to return your
equipment due to damage or malfunction you may return it up
to 10 days from the date of invoice. If you return the equipment
and we accept your equipment within this period, we will replace
your equipment with exact model/item or LANgrafix authorized
equivalent item. With custom servers, all sales are final.

EDOX System Recovery Software ~~~>>> (FREE with
PURCHASE) This CD allows you to repair and reinstall
the FIERY system software on the FIERY itself (the system
that shows up on the LCD Screen) -- it also allows you
to install a new hard drive in that machine if you want
a faster or larger capacity hard drive. If the FIERY is
failing in any way, erasing the system and installing
the system software can repair it 80% of the time -- this
CD is just the FIERY "System Software", the "Command Workstation/Drivers/Utilities"
CD is the client side CD for your Mac or PC that you are
networking to the FIERY units
