LANgrafix is a highly specialized, FIERY-focused integration, rebuild and support facility. We operate as a small, hands-on 3rd tier level technical lab and fulfillment center that services customers across North America as well as worldwide with 24hr around the clock ungency.

This address is our technical lab and logistics hub. It is not a retail storefront. All work is performed by appointment only and most FIERY servers, media kits and parts are shipped directly to you via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

• Technical support & sales inquiries: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm Central Time (by phone and e-mail).
• Shipments: Most FIERY servers, media kits and parts ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise quoted.
• Emergency after-hours support may be available by prior arrangement.

Local Drop-Off / Pickup (By Appointment Only)

Customers in the greater Chicago and Fox Valley area may be able to drop off or pick up FIERY controller/server equipment at our Saint Charles location. For security and privacy reasons we do not accept walk-in/no-appointment visitors. Please contact us in advance so we can schedule a specific time and provide you with detailed instructions.

We do not furnish a retail, walk up facility to the general public, but we are happy to verify our business details, tax information and shipment history for qualified commercial clients and service partners upon request.
