LANgrafix MEDIController is an AI-assisted diagnostic workspace being developed by LANgrafix for FIERY servers and controllers across multiple printer manufacturers. It combines authorized service documentation, public user and administration guides, and reviewed field experience to help investigate technical issues.

The application is currently private and under development. This public page explains the service; it does not provide access to private manuals or grant beta membership.

What the Corpus Worker does

LANgrafix FIERY Corpus Worker is the name shown when authorizing the supporting Google Drive integration. It organizes the authorized documentation corpus, identifies duplicates, extracts text, applies OCR where needed, and prepares searchable records with source and page references.

How diagnostic answers work

MEDIController retrieves relevant evidence for the selected controller and software version, then uses the OpenAI API to help formulate a response. Questions and selected evidence passages, including private document excerpts where relevant, are processed by the AI service. Answers require technical judgment and can be wrong; coverage varies by model and document availability.
